Google Analytics is a free tool that can give you mountains of insight into your customers and they way they use your site. If you have a website, I highly recommend setting up Google Analytics as soon as possible. The sooner you start collecting data from your customer's behavior, the better informed you'll be when starting to make tweaks to your website.
You will need: a Google Gmail account and a cell phone that can receive a text (so Google can verify your email account). Also, access to your host server files, such as via FTP or if you're on a WordPress site, the Google Analytics for WordPress plugin by Joost De Valk if your theme settings do not have an area for Google Analytics.
