The Process
Complete the project form and pay your deposit to secure your spot. You'll get a link to schedule a game plan meeting.
During our game plan meeting we'll discuss your project. I'll share the document project folder with you that will contain all the required copy items for landing pages and emails. We'll go over what's needed for your project. These items are required to be completed before our build day. We'll also figure out if you need any integrations with other systems. Sometimes add-ons for integrations are necessary to achieve your desired result.
After our game plan meeting, I'll send you a contract and project scope to review and sign for your project based on our game plan meeting scope of work.
Once you have all the copy written, we'll meet one more time to kick off our work session. I'll get to work putting all the pieces together in your Ontraport account. You don't need to block the day off, but just be available by email, text or Voxer to review and approve items or answer any questions I may have.
I will thoroughly test all pieces of your funnel system(s). This includes live purchases to make sure everything is working as expected, and all the tags, invoices and automations are performing. Once running as expected, I'll create a custom video walkthrough for you.
Upon completion, you'll be invoiced for the remaining portion of your funnel system, which may include any additional integration add-ons we agreed upon or stock photo purchases, made on your behalf. You'll also receive a video from me with details of your funnel. You'll have 1 week Voxer access to me to ask any remaining questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will this take before my funnel is functional?
Once you have completed all the copy required for the pages and the emails, we will schedule your build date.
For one funnel, I can usually turn this around in 1-2 business days.
If you purchase the Ultimate Funnel System bundle, you have priority status. YAY! This also means there is a bit more writing involved on your end. We can tackle it one funnel at a time as some of the systems overlap — such as your video sales page, the failed payment system, and your checkout page.
For my part of the Ultimate Funnel System bundle, I will need 7 business days to complete the build and testing.
What if I'm interested, but don't have an Ontraport account yet?
If you use my Ontraport affiliate link to sign up for your Ontraport account, I will include cleaning up, importing and tagging all of your existing contacts out of your current email system or CRM.
This is so I know your people have the right tags and are ready for your new funnel!

Are you using Ontraport's native templates/automations that I can just install myself?
No. I have built all of the page templates myself and each page will be customized to your brand colors and imagery.
I am also providing automation systems that I built for each purpose. These are made backed with my years of being a Certified Ontraport Expert (since 2014) and are the same systems I custom build for my one on one clients.
What's your cancellation policy?
If during our game plan meeting you decide that we aren't a good fit, then I'll refund your deposit and we can cancel our funnel project.
Once we've had our game plan meeting and you have signed the contract, your funnel project is considered to be in work-mode status and the deposit and final payment are non-refundable.
Will you be adding pages to my website?
If you have a WordPress website that can support Ontrapages plugin, then yes, the pages can be on your website.
If you have a perferred URL for pages, please let me know during our game plan meeting.
If you have a site that isn't WordPress or your WordPress site isn't compatible, then you might consider buying a domain or making a subdomain we can point to Ontraport's servers to publish pages on. I will assist you if this comes up.
Please note that custom domains may take up to 72 hours to start working and that may affect our project timeline.
Who will be working in my account(s)?
Hi, this is a totally legitimate question. I will be the only one working in your account(s).
I encourage clients to use strong passwords. I use LastPass and you may share your access with me without actually showing me the password through LastPass – that's one of their major features!
What if I want something that's not listed here?
At this time I'm not able to take on additional one-on-one clients for full time support.
