After doing several tutorial videos on how to create email opt-in forms for your WordPress website, I thought I'd share with you an easier, sexier way to get the look you want without the hassle of changing CSS code. And the best part–the free version gives you loads of features.
It's Magic Action Box. I bought the pro paid version (affiliate link) so I could use the pop up generator, more templates and other cool features. For developers, there's also an Ultimate Magic Action Box version. The free version gives you all you need to create opt-in boxes for your site, after each post or before or after content on a page. It's flexible. It's easy. I'm sold. 😉
In this video tutorial I highlight the Free Version of Magic Action Box and show you how to use it for MailChimp or Aweber.
Note: You can create a background image for behind the form, and you do that through Magic Action Box Settings–>Styles, create a new style. In the General tab you'll be able to paste in the URL of your image. I love that MAB gives you the ability to add your own CSS code if you wish. Go forth and create some hot, sexy and easy code-free opt-ins for your site and share your website link with me below! I'd love to see your work.
